1) Consultations & Booking Requests
Submitting a booking request does not guarantee scheduling until it is confirmed by CO Consulting. Availability may vary.
2) Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe or PayPal where applicable. Refunds, if any, are governed by the applicable payment provider and our confirmation process.
3) No Medical or Legal Advice
Our coaching and consulting services do not replace professional medical, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for any decisions made based on our discussions.
4) Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and to communicate scheduling needs in a timely manner.
5) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CO Consulting is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
6) Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site following changes means you accept the updated terms.
